Lotus Blanc Resort Siem Reap, Siem Reap

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It provided a peaceful escape while still being conveniently close to Siem Reap's attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service from the staff was exceptional. The only downside was some minor noise from traffic and the need for more attentive dining staff, but overall, it was great value for money.

I had an exceptional stay at this resort, where the personalized service truly stood out, and the amenities were top-notch. The pools and dining areas were shared, but they were well-maintained and provided a great atmosphere for relaxation. The staff made every effort to assist us, and the breakfasts were fabulous, offering plenty of options. However, I would have preferred a bit more staffing in the dining area during peak times. Overall, it was excellent value for money with a spacious environment and friendly ambiance.

My stay at Lotus Blanc Hotel was simply amazing! The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The location was perfect for exploring Siem Reap, and I particularly loved the delicious and varied breakfast options available. While everything was fantastic, I just wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the hotel amenities and the local sights.

Our six-night stay was generally pleasant, with helpful staff and spacious rooms overlooking the pool. However, we faced some challenges, such as the lack of clean towels and lounge chairs at the pool, and an overwhelming breakfast scene due to the number of tour groups. It’s unfortunate because these minor issues could easily be resolved to enhance the overall experience.

Lotus Blanc Hotel is a wonderful retreat in Siem Reap, blending comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with great views from the balcony. The staff, especially Chiva and Adam, really go above and beyond to offer assistance. The dining options are especially noteworthy, with a fantastic buffet breakfast and a steakhouse restaurant that's hard to beat. However, it can get a bit busy during breakfast due to tour groups, but overall, it’s excellent value for money with its luxurious feel.
